The creators of the American Notary Network have been around for over 30 years in the Real Estate Industry. Though we are not a large organization, what we lack in size we make up in experience. Combining the knowledge from operating a real estate brokerage firm and working with lending institutions across the nation, we realized the need for a web-based Mobile Notary directory.
The result was a searchable database for the industry, and a dynamic Profile for our members.

What is our primary function?
The American Notary Network provides a national directory of Mobile Notaries that is fully accessible
to the public. We advertise to Lenders, Title Companies, Signing Services and other related
businesses to assist them in locating Mobile Notaries on our site. This is accomplished by direct
marketing and Web search engine listings.

How will companies find my listing?
Companies seeking Mobile Notaries can locate your listing by using our search engine. We provide
several ways in which searches can be performed. Searching by Zip Code is the most common, but
we also provide a more advanced search feature found here. In addition, members can customize
their coverage area by adding additional Zip Codes and Counties to ensure maximum exposure.

Where is the list of companies you solicit?
The American Notary Network is strictly a "referral" service. We do not suggest to our members
who they should and should not work with. Our members are contacted directly from the companies
that locate them on our site.

Who can access your message board?
Our message board is open to the public. Though you have to register to post a message, both
members and nonmembers can view discussions in progress.

I'm listed on the site, but I'm not a member. Why?
The American Notary Network offers promotional memberships which last 1 to 3 months. If you find
your listing on our site, this is most likely the case. If you wish your temporary listing to be removed,
simply contact us, and your profile will be removed from the search engine. If no contact is made
within 6 months to secure a listing, the file is permanently removed.

Can I e-mail or bookmark my profile?
Your Mobile Notary Profile can be e-mail and bookmarked. This makes it easier for both you and your
client to communicate. Simply use your browser's "Send to" or "bookmark" features when the desired
profile is displayed.

How often do you market for this site?
The American Notary Network advertises our location and services continuously. We focus on an
evolving advanced search system that benefits both our members and our visitors.
