Advanced Notary Search:
An advanced Mobile Notary search can be performed by clicking on the "Notary Search" button
on the main navigation bar. This search feature allows you locate a Notary anywhere in the
United States using a variety of methods. The selections are: Notary Name, State, City Name,
Zip Code and County. Using these fields in combination can narrow your search, and help you
pinpoint the Notary you are seeking. Only the first "3" letters are necessary in any field!
(Note: Searches cannot be completed with only the "State" field selected) Go to Search!

Lost Password:
Forgot or lost password? Use our "lost password" recovery system located at the bottom of the
Main Login Console on our Home Page. Simply click on the Forgot Password" link and enter your
e-mail address, then click Submit. (this feature requires an active e-mail address in your profile)
An e-mail message will be sent to you with your account information. For members without e-mail, please contact Member Services.

Member Console Features:
Once your are a member of the American Notary Network, and are logged into your account, the
Main Login Console will display additional features. The first feature you notice is your Username
is displayed in bold above the "logout" button. You will also see two dates: "Member Since" and
"Expiration". These are the dates of your membership period. The "Expiration" date will turn red
when there is "one" month remaining in your membership. During this "one" month you will have
the opportunity to renew your membership or let your membership expire.

Notary Membership:
A membership at the American Notary Network is based on a 12-month period. At the end of the
12 months, you will have the option to continue your membership or let it expire.

Notary Site of the Month:
The American Notary Network selects a "Notary Web Site" from submitted Sites each month.
Please visit Community Central if you wish to participate.

Company of the Month:
The American Notary Network is always on the lookout for commercial Web sites that educate,
promote, and enhance the careers of Mobile Notaries across the nation. Each month we select a
"Company of the Month". If you wish to participate, please visit our Community Central.

Notary Quick Search:
We understand the need for expedience in finding a Mobile Notary. That is why this feature is
located at the top of our Main Console on our Home Page. Sometimes, searching by Zip Code is
all you need to find the Notary of your choice.
